A lady, with whom I was riding in the forest, said to me, that the woods always seemed to her to wait, as if the genii who inhabit them suspended their deeds until the wayfarer has passed onward: a thought which poetry has celebrated in the dance of the fairies, which breaks off on the approach of human feet. ~Ralph Waldo Emerson, "History"
Take a journey through a romantic European forest full of fairies, toadstools and bluebirds or whatever your heart conjures up. Be sure to take your daughters with you and enjoy a most enchanting ride.

Thank you so much for linking to Fröken Skicklig and joining us on this walk through the Magic Forest, dear Cee.
I am sitting here with a cup of coffee to start the day with all your warmhearted lines and pictures and - of course - with all the lovely dots on your site...
Snowy greetings from Sweden, Juliane
Dear Juliane
You are such a treasure and have such a wonderful way with words. I am immediately drawn to you. You have mastered English so well - I presume it is not your first language. I admire you.
Thankyou so much for popping back in here and I hope you have a few more visitors to your lovely blog as a result of my link.
I too am sitting here with a cup of tea to wind down after the morning rush with my little girls before we head to the markets and a Kindermusik lesson.
We will soon also make a little trip to a nearby hills village to purchase some yarn for my actual little dolls. My two girls will become chilly quite soon needing mittens, muffs and socks for our winter - albeit not so deep as yours.
We will see you again soon Juliane.
